SCRIPT Securitisation

SCRIPT Securitisation Pty Limited ("SCRIPT") is a newly created 1 billion AUD repackaging program. SCRIPT is a special purpose company incorporated in Victoria that has been established specifically for the purpose of repackaging a combination of asset, derivative, commodity and equity based products.

National Australia Bank ("National") has been appointed as the Program Manager, debt instruments issued by SCRIPT do not represent deposits or other liabilities of the National or any associate of the National.

SCRIPT is an investor driven vehicle, the investor will choose the term of the deal, the structure of the investment and the currency the SCRIPT Debt Instruments will be denominated in. Based on these requirements the Program Manager will then structure the debt instruments to be issued. It is envisaged that SCRIPT will issue Debt Instruments in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe and the United States.

SCRIPT has selected a panel of experienced and respected external providers to support the program. National Australia Bank have been selected as Program Manager, Perpetual Trustee will act as Security Trustee and Registrar, Issuing and Paying Agent for the Company. The Management role of the program will be handled by National Australia Managers Limited (NAML).

The SCRIPT vehicle itself will not be rated, however the ability exists for an individual SCRIPT Series to be rated, if the investor requires a rating.

The SCRIPT Information Memorandum contains details of the program structure. It is advised that investors review the Information Memorandum before contemplating an investment in SCRIPT Debt Instruments.
